Devotional Thought

The apostle Paul boldly declared that he was not ashamed of the gospel. In a world where faith is often questioned or misunderstood, these verses remind us that the gospel is not weak, outdated, or powerless—it is the very power of God.

The gospel changes hearts, restores hope, heals brokenness, and brings salvation to all who believe. It is not based on human effort or perfection, but on God’s righteousness revealed through faith in Jesus Christ.

Sometimes fear, insecurity, or the opinions of others can make us hesitant to live openly for God. Yet Paul’s words encourage us to stand confidently in our faith. When we remember what Jesus has done for us, boldness begins to replace fear.

Faith is not only how we begin our walk with God—it is how we continue every day. We trust Him in uncertainty, rely on Him in weakness, and believe His promises even when we cannot see the outcome.

Today, let the truth of the gospel strengthen your heart. God’s power is at work in you, and your life can become a testimony of His grace and faithfulness.

Prayer

Father, Thank You for the power of the gospel and for the salvation found in Jesus Christ. Help me never to be ashamed of my faith. Strengthen me to live boldly, walk faithfully, and trust You completely. Let my life reflect Your love, grace, and truth to those around me. Amen.

Pensamiento Devocional

El apóstol Pablo declaró con valentía que no se avergonzaba del evangelio. En un mundo donde la fe muchas veces es cuestionada o malinterpretada, estos versículos nos recuerdan que el evangelio no es débil, anticuado ni impotente; es el mismo poder de Dios.

El evangelio transforma corazones, restaura la esperanza, sana las heridas y trae salvación a todos los que creen. No se basa en el esfuerzo humano ni en la perfección, sino en la justicia de Dios revelada por medio de la fe en Jesucristo.

A veces el miedo, la inseguridad o las opiniones de los demás pueden hacernos dudar en vivir abiertamente para Dios. Sin embargo, las palabras de Pablo nos animan a mantenernos firmes y confiados en nuestra fe. Cuando recordamos lo que Jesús hizo por nosotros, la valentía comienza a reemplazar el temor.

La fe no es solamente la manera en que comenzamos nuestro caminar con Dios; también es la manera en que continuamos cada día. Confiamos en Él en medio de la incertidumbre, dependemos de Él en nuestra debilidad y creemos en Sus promesas aun cuando no podemos ver el resultado.

Hoy, permite que la verdad del evangelio fortalezca tu corazón. El poder de Dios está obrando en ti, y tu vida puede convertirse en un testimonio de Su gracia y fidelidad.

Oración

Padre, gracias por el poder del evangelio y por la salvación que se encuentra en Jesucristo. Ayúdame a nunca avergonzarme de mi fe. Fortaléceme para vivir con valentía, caminar en fidelidad y confiar completamente en Ti. Que mi vida refleje Tu amor, Tu gracia y Tu verdad a quienes me rodean. Amén.
